Community Teambuild Concept:
Background
Our team will access a school in desperate need of a "makeover". Our team in conjunction with yourselves, will perform a site inspection and work out what can be done, both logistically and within the budget.
Once agreed, our team will prep the site ready for the day your team arrives.
The Action
As your troops roll in, they are put into teams, briefed by the facilitator and then launch into action. Painting, scrapping, fitting and planting…is all apart of the days activities.
While the work is being done, the music is playing. The MC pulls teams out for special mention. Its a fun atmosphere and everyone must enjoy their moment of "giving to others".
The Aftermath
The troops disappear, our team tidies up and finishes what wasnt finished. At some moment, the kids arrive to find the "makeover". If you can be there…great, if not…our cameras are rolling!
The management fee is dependant upon the complexity and amount of pre and post work required.
Latest Makeovers
This year Discovery wanted to be part of our Community Teambuild, so we got them involved in turning around 2 primary schools that needed urgent attention:
The Mphe - Thuto Primary School and the Petit Primary School in Magaliesburg.
By repainting and rebuilding the classrooms and a kind donation of books and stationary, the HiSide Group and Discovery have left their mark yet again!
